About Me
Amy Moseley thrives on capturing memories that help people relive the most important and enjoyable times of their lives, for their entire lives.
She has over 2 decades of photography experience and a natural eye for lighting, composition and capturing genuine emotion. She specializes in portrait photography including infants and children, high school seniors and families (including pets), and also covers a wide variety of sports including equestrian events, basketball, soccer and more. Amy has also been hired to cover many major events including concerts, family reunions, weddings, banquets, Baptisms, Bat Mitzva's and Bar Mitzva's, and Inaugural balls.
It has always been very important to Amy's photographic process to connect with her clients, no matter their age, in order to encourage hints of their genuine personality to shine through in their images. Since it is common for people to feel vulnerable on the other side of a camera, Amy is willing to spend extra time to build the trust needed for them to feel at ease and show their true emotions. Once this happens, it becomes possible for her clients to not only enjoy the process, but also have priceless images in the end that evoke emotion and nostalgia for years to come.
Amy worked side by side with renowned architectural photographer, James Oesch, and was given the honor of helping compose and take the photo that now proudly displays on the back of the 50 dollar bill. She's published in the Windy City Times and was a lead sport photographer at the Gay Games in Chicago and her photography is featured in its book.
We hope you'll Contact Amy to have your special people, pets, and events captured in ways that will bring you joy for years to come.
